Noale - Aprilia launches their newewst product, Dorsoduro 900. This motor sport and supermotards are claimed to be designed to make the rider comfortable and happy to drive on the streets with these types of motors.Reported by autoevolution on Wednesday (6/21/2017), this bike is made with a new frame made of steel trellis, combined with aluminum plate, inspired by the Supermoto World Championship.
The top trellis in a steel pipe is combined with a wide aluminum lateral plate using a special bolt. The result, a very sturdy structure and lightweight to be the best solution for the motor with a capacity of 900 cc V-Twin engine.
Another feature is the lateral position of shock absober which sacrifices little room for optimal exhaust layout, which is connected to an adjustable aluminum swingarm to withstand asymmetric pressure.
The front of the motor features a new, lightweight Kayaba fork weighing 450 grams, and can be customized, as well as a pair of new three-split-spoke rims that are lighter than its predecessor Dorsoduro 750.
The engine that carried this bike with a capacity of 900 cc. The engine can generate maximum power to 95 horsepower at 8,750 rpm and 90 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm.
In addition, there are more modified parts, such as pistons to reduce friction, newly redesigned crankshaft, more efficient semi-dry carter lubrication system, new injectors, redesigned exhaust, and a new ECU with throttle ride-by-wire.
