As reported by Automotive News, Thursday (03/13/2015), the tenth generation of the Honda Civic is providing changes to the machine to help Honda meet the latest emission standards especially in the area of European marketing.
Head of Research and Development Honda, Yoshiharu Yamamoto said, the engine will be downsized or smaller, but with the addition of turbocharging to maintain performance.
The new engine is a 1.5 liter turbo unit plus to give the same power and torque with units of the 2.0-liter or 2.4-liter. However, Honda will also continue to provide a model naturally aspirated engine, or pure without turbo.
