Anticipate Driving Tired


When driving for long periods such as homecoming, it is difficult for the driver to dodge from exhaustion. According driving skills training institutes, Real Driving Centre (RDC), the best way to cope with making the management of fatigue. The goal is to reduce the risk that led to the accident.

There are three elements of standard accident prevention formula. Starting from observations using all senses to identify the constraints, and then identify the level of risk and mengalkulasikan safest solution, followed by execution at the right time.

Marcell Kurniawan, Director of Training RDC said, all the things that could be reduced capabilities when driving in a state of fatigue, especially when coupled fasting. Some effects of fasting, which is low blood sugar, dehydration, sleep habits changed, slowed reactions, and perceptions of declining specials. As a result, fatigue arises, impatient, dizziness, loss of concentration, irritability, drowsiness, and undisciplined.

"As long journey, the risk should be minimized. If from riding safety glasses, if tiredness ya better break, or if it is not strong fasting should not be continued, "said Marcell, in Jakarta, Sunday (06/07/2014).

Previously been reviewed fatigue characteristics, following a variety of things that must be considered to deal with fatigue while driving back and forth from the RDC:
1. Still sleeping 10-45 minutes before but do not eat too many carbohydrates.
2. Begin the trip early, so no rush.  

3. Staying fit and do little exercise.
4. Take a break every two hours or every maximum 200 Km. Tolerance four hour driving distance trips.  

5. Avoid listening to music with beats and monotonous rhythm.
6. Wary of the sun's heat. Dehydration can seriously impair driving ability

7. Takes reserve driver.
8. Driving with more courtesy and patience, positive thinking take the other driver also felt the same way with us.
