The Effect on Car Engine Parts if Fluid Filled Fullness

There are components in cars requires water or fluid that serves as an intermediary or cooling medium . Such as radiators , brakes , clutch , power steering , engine and transmission . Each has a separate classification , but have one thing in common that the fluid must not be filled too full .

No loss effects , both for the components , and also the surrounding components . Be so because some of the fluid has a very malignant nature . Like being able to grind the paint to cause rust .

In order to keep these things do not happen , follow the provisions of the factory . Fill the fluids to the extent that read 'Full ' .

1. Radiator
Without the radiator, the engine will overheat which is also very bad impact . Fill the water tank to the upper limit of the neck . No need to overflowing . Then fill the reservoir tube well to writing full . Do not get too full .

" It could even be water in the reservoir becomes empty due out constantly . 's Effect is bad for the radiator , because it could be a shortage of water , " said Sarto Rombe , Machine Head Honda Pondok Pinang , South Jakarta .

2. Battery
Just like a radiator . Battery water will be very hot when the work process , which is charging . This heat will arise when air bubbles . If filled too full , then the battery water will exit through breathing holes in the battery lid . The water that comes out of the can erode the paint on location dripping or falling . If left unchecked , the plate body is also affected by rust .

3. Engine Oil

To monitor the engine oil , must go through the dipstick . Never assume filling oil in large quantities to make the machine more long -lived . " Because the engine will work harder . Friction metal road and sat down with crank journal will be more severe , " he cried .

The next effect , moving heavy machinery that will make the fuel consumption becomes more wasteful , because the gas pedal must be pressed deeper . It is less well known , oil- filled , then the actual sound of the engine so rude . Like the fan is rotating water .

This also applies to the automatic transmission . Avoid charging too full , because the process of tooth movement could be more rugged and heavy . RPM required are also higher , so wasteful of fuel .

4. Brake

Cover where the brake fluid that protrudes into the making of the fluid can not be filled too full . Because it would overflow if the lid is fitted . Almost the same as battery acid , brake fluid if exposed to the paint , it will be dangerous . Paint or plate can be damaged . Therefore , provisions should be content to limit only.

5. Power Steering

" Actually it's not a problem if fully charged . Did not make the steering heavier or lighter as well anyway , " added the man who lived in Jatiwaringin , the East Jakarta . However, should remain in the limits recommended by the manufacturer. Vacant space for circulation and cooling the power steering oil .

Do not worry will evaporate , because the fluid is required to have the non-volatile nature . Please note if you are actually reduced . Means there is a leak in the power steering system . Fix if there is damage .
