Mitsubishi Concern to Lancer Evo Crossover

London - News about the plans launched successor Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution is not a mere figment. Mitsubishi reported to have gotten a concept model for the successor to the legendary sedan.
Japanese manufacturers have made a breakthrough that unusual. Evo will no longer be a sport sedan, but it becomes a high-performance crossover. The design of the concept exist in the model XR-PHEV II. This model was originally a reference as the production version of the Outlander Sport.
"In the end it all boils down to financial problems for the realization of the plan. The company has the resources to do everything," said Head of Mitsubishi UK, Lance Bradley as reported by Autocar, Friday (22/05/2015).
"Mitsubishi had a record year of sales in 2014. The more we succeed, the easier it is to carry out all the plans. This is a project that benefits the company, and now we're way step by step," said Bradley.
Although switching to a more platform, the latest generation Evo will be the vehicle that is light and fast. Mitsubishi boss, Tetsuro Aikawa, was also leaked that the next-gen Evo will also be an electric car or carrying a plug-in hybrid technology.
