Ferrari Will Produce V-Twin Motorcycle
Ferrari is still be to produce a consistent manufacturing super cars. But it seems that the Italian supercar manufacturing became interested in producing the two-wheeler motorcycle alias. Moreover, did they have the ability to do that.
Pleasing news is that they will use the V-Twin engine configuration on their bike later. This machine had they named the Cavallino which means small horse or pony.
Choosing a machine with a V-Twin engine configuration is because this machine does not need a counterweight in countershafts. In addition, this type of machine does not produce large vibrations, so it will be convenient to use for just rolling city, or even do a long trip.
To make a lighter weight engine, Ferrari will add a counterweight on the crankshaft.
The only motor that is officially made by Ferrari Ferrari 900 This product is a special product of David Kay. Specifically dedicated to Enzo Ferrari, the engine has a capacity of 900 cc inline four-cylinder. The engine is paired with a tubular frame Reynolds 531 and the total weight of just 172 kilograms.
With capital Double Over Head Camshaft system (DOHC), the motor is able to spawn a power of 105 horsepower at 8,800 RPM. Reinforced with a five-speed, the maximum speed capable of reaching 265 kilometers per hour. Surely this is a remarkable performance for a motor that is in the 1990s.
