DETROIT - As an automobile manufacturer that focuses on the development of technology , Ford , re- introduces one smart satau steering feature . Manufacturers from the United States was officially released details of the latest generation Adaptive Steering will be applied to vehicles in the near future .
Reported Leftlanenews , with the advanced steering system Ford promised an easier maneuvering in heavy traffic conditions , as well as maintaining agility and responsiveness of high current high speed of the car .
In developing the Adaptive Steering , Ford adds in the steering gear system without having to change the rack and pinion that already exists on the circuit before the steering system . With this addition , it can provide fast steering constellation .
" At low speeds , such as in a parking lot or maneuver in congested road system will make the vehicle more agile and easier to control. At highway speeds , the system will optimize the steering response , which allows the vehicle to react more appropriately to feedback to the driver , " Ford wrote .
Ford has been offering this steering mode for some models such as the Focus and Mustang , and Ford expects this advanced steering system could be available within the next 12 months.
