Debt and financial problems suffered by the Italian motorcycle manufacturer MV Agusta. Some ways taken to deal with these issues.
Reported by Visordown, Sunday (05/08/2016), MV Agusta indebtedness faced by € 50 million. Therefore, car manufacturers based in Varese, Italy was planning a restructuring.
MV Agusta also plans to buy back shares from Mercedes-AMG. Since 2014, Mercedes-AMG is known to have 25 percent stake in MV Agusta.
President of MV Agusta, Giovanni Castiglioni said, "We are negotiating
to buy back shares from Mercedes-AMG and work to bring new investors
into the company. Meanwhile, we also implement a plan that aims to make
money."
Italian news site, Il Giorno also reported that MV Agusta will cut the
value of its original investment of € 15 million to € 7
million per year.
The company founded by Giovanni Agusta it also will cut the volume of
production, of 9 thousand units to 6 thousand units per year.
