Engine Overheat on Motorcycle

Overheating can happen not only in cars but also in motorcycles. The overheating in the simple sense is a vehicle that is too high a temperature past the normal limit.
One characteristic of the motor overheat is suddenly not powered while the engine is still on. In fact, the motor still does not move when gas is pulled deeper and deeper.

In some sources, it is mentioned that there are at least two main factors causing overheating in the motor. First, the oil does not flow well. Second, the piston in the cylinder liner is too tight so it can not move freely. When the situation occurred and the motor continues to run, the piston will be broken, even the engine block can be damaged. Meanwhile, if the oil is not evenly distributed, then Noken, piston, until the gearbox could be damaged due to keep working in hot conditions but with no maximum lubricants.

How to overcome
To overcome these problems, the first way to do is to immediately shut off the motor.
If the problem was as described, the motor does not want to go out when the engine is still active, it likely that the piston is locked. Allow the engine to cool completely.

After that, remove the spark plugs, and then enter the new oil through the spark plug hole. It is useful to lubricate the piston is blocked. Once the engine is cold and the oil has been incorporated, turn on the motor using electric starter.

After making sure the oil has smeared piston, the gear a new one can be inserted. Pull the gas slowly. If the wheel moves, meaning that the motor was able to be reused.
