UK Test Highway Material from Used Plastic

Inggris Mulai Uji Jalan Raya Berbahan Dasar Plastik BekasCumbria Country - In order to minimize the use of materials, many countries are now developing highways using basic materials from recycled plastics. Not only effective in terms of material use, the road from the former plastic is also touted more durable than the existing asphalt highway. That's why the use of this material began to be tested on the streets of England, precisely in the region Cumbria County.
As reported by MSN, recycled plastic material for the highway was designed by Scottish company MacRebur. MacRebur calls this material the name MR6. To build a stronger road, MR6 will also be mixed with other highway materials.
In general, highway construction typically uses 90 percent of the mixture between stone, sand and limestone plus 10 percent of materials called bitumen oil-based. This Bitumen will later be replaced by the design MRF MacRebur.
The MacRebur party revealed that MR6 is made from a mixture of recycled plastic waste materials mixed with asphalt to provide longer lasting resistance. They also stated that roads with MR6 are less likely to crack than normal roads. In addition to this, this plastic-based road will make the tires more durable which will then improve the efficiency of the vehicle.

Unique Lamp Patent from Ford

Ford Motor Co. applied for patents for headlamps and other additional lights that are quite unique and interesting. This patent is named "vehicle lighting system with dynamic beam pattern".
This system will use a series of lights and a small mirror to project pixels. As a result, the main light can emit certain symbols and shapes on the asphalt.
Further explained, this patent consists of several applications. For example he showed how the lights can help the driver park the car.
By pressing a button on a key phob, the system will project an arrow pointing to the ground, so the rider can clearly see the length of the car. Of course this is very useful when you want to park in parallel.
The lamp can also project light to the rear of the car. It shows the driver how much space he has before, for example, hit the wall.
For this is actually more effective if using the rear camera. But the advantage is that it is cheaper.
Ford is not actually the first manufacturer to innovate on lights. Suzuki for example, recently also registered a unique lamp patent for motorcycles.
Based on the explanation on the morebikes.co.uk page, it is known that this is simply a system that allows the direction of LED lights (which amount to four) to adjust to various conditions.
