Mazda Develops Competitors MINI Cooper

TOKYO - A report from the Japanese say , Mazda plans to bring the latest models from the 2015 Mazda2 . Newer models of the Japanese manufacturer will be the challenger projected directly from the MINI Cooper and Citroen DS3 .
Reported Worldcarfans , Sunday ( 04/04/2014 ) , this model will adopt the base of the Mazda Verisa 2013, but with a more sylish design , and become the kind of top of the Mazda's mainstay hatchback models .
Although the full specification of this model has not been released by Mazda , but reportedly this model will be developed and handled directly by Mazda Europe . This car will also come with dimensions slightly larger than the current Verisa .
According to one source Mazda , this model will also be available in high-performance variant of the flagship Mazda engine which adopts SKYACTIV - D 2.2 -liter capacity .
The latest model of the Mazda2 is planned to be introduced first in concept form at the prestigious automotive event , the Geneva Motor Show 2015. And for the production model will be launched a year later, in the first quarter of 2016.
