Mumbai - After terjepret camera is being tested in the area of Noida , India , Suzuki finally show identity Gixxer 150 , sport bike with an attractive design to seize the sports segment - down , in Mumbai on Monday ( 01/27/2014 ) . Say, if this model is the result of design engineers who develop the GSX - R series .
Promising design , with a sharp line of sporty manifested in the body until the lights . Mesinya 150cc , single cylinder , SOHC , air cooled Suzuki adopt technology Eco Performance ( SEP ) which is embedded in a light and rigid chassis . Unfortunately, not accompanied with injection technology . No mention details , but claimed the machine offers great torque in the lower rounds and dynamic force in the middle rounds for better acceleration .The rear suspension looks using monoshock type , while in front telescopic . Front disc brakes , drum in the rear combined models . Fairly wide tires with sizes 100/80/17 front and 140/60/17 rear . This bike is also embedded digital instrument panel .
Currently , Suzuki India limited only show looks to attract customers . Sales will begin next July . While the full specifications will be shown in Delhi Auto Expo mat soon .
If seen by naked eye , this model will be a serious competitor CB150R Streetfire Honda and Yamaha V - Ixion , if launched in Indonesia . Of the upgraded version to be juxtaposed with the two rivals that have a fresh appearance .
