Soon, Toyota to Launch FJ40 Successor?

Toyota often use the name "FT", which means Future Toyota, for its flagship concept car.

Having previously showed off the FT-86, which is then transformed into a Toyota GT86, and the FT-1 a few years longer present as the Toyota Supra, now the Japanese giant will bring the FT-4X.

As reported by Autoguide, Toyota has patented the name FT-4X, which will be the successor to the FJ Cruiser SUV models that have stopped production.

Toyota FJ Cruiser made in mid-2006 to August 2016, before left to die without a successor to the formidable Toyota SUV breed them.

For the design case, it is likely they will be adhering to the legendary Toyota SUV model, the Land Cruiser FJ49
a.k.a. Hardtop.
