Alpine A110, A New Renault Sport Car

 
Geneva - By opening of Geneva Motor Show, Renault announced the official name for two seat sports car. The car was named Alpine A110.
Carrying the sporty character, the name is taken from one of the Renault car rally ever to win the competition in the 70's.

Renault Alpine A110 hope this can give a big surprise to the competitors in its class, such as the Audi TT and Porsche Cayman 718.

 

Renault revealed that this car has an aluminum platform on the upper body that reduces the weight of the car so that the car can go more agile. Detailed specifications about this car will reportedly be announced immediately at the Geneva Motor Show.

To be sure, the car has 1.8liter engine is a 250 horsepower and can reach speeds of 100 kilometers per hour in just 4.5 seconds.

Renault plans to make about 3,000 Alpine per year at their headquarters in France.
