Google Prepare In-Car KITT Features, emulate Apple CarPlay

Google is now preparing a feature on the car ( in car ) based on Android to compete with Apple CarPlay features . Modern technology named KITT ( Knight Industries Three Thousand ) , a smart feature that allows the rider -owned smartphones in the integrated entertainment system . Motorists can use Android-based devices while driving safely as access to the features that exist in the available screen . KITT name itself reminds us of the figure of advanced car in the film series Knight Rider .According to Android Police page ( 06/01/2014 ) , Google KITT dashboard interface is not integrated into the car , but to be part of a feature in Android that allows the driver to use it in any car they drive . It is superior to CarPlay points and other devices in the car .
Some features KITT highlight the principle of "always on and always listening " , which means the user can activate KITT without having to touch the phone . In fact , one way to easily turn KITT is by waving your hand over the screen . How it works is similar to the " Ok Google " hotword , which will take you to Google Now .
KITT among other functions to make phone calls , read messages and e-mail ( email ) , or go to link to a website with hands-free experience . I still follow the " read it later " so that notifications appear will not interfere with your driving activities . KITT in order to work optimally , the tech giant based in Mountain View also advises users to put ( plug ) their devices to a 12V car socket , to prevent battery drain when using it .
Google is clearly not willing to disclose when it will announce this new feature . Many thought the company would launch event while demonstrating KITT in the annual Google I / O at the end of June.
