Figure Suzuki Baleno Production Version Caught in the Road

New Delhi, KompasOtomotif - After the teaser leaked into cyberspace, ahead of its debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show exhibition the end of September, Suzuki Baleno hatchback photographers caught testing on public roads of India. Media GaadiWaadi.com also managed to capture the image.

Car derived from the concept of iK-2 were first exhibited at the Geneva Motor Show in 2015, as reported indianautosblog, Saturday (09/05/2015), wrapped tested without camouflage, so that it can be seen clearly original form. There are two colors that are being tested, namely blue and silver.

From these images, a form of Baleno hatchback is actually similar to the teaser photos uploaded to the virtual world some time ago. In India itself, Suzuki will position this model over Swift and compete with Volkswagen (VW) Golf, Kia cee'd, Hyundai i30 and Peugeot 308.

Specifically for the Indian domestic market, Baleno hatchback will be available diesel engine 1.3-liter DDiS and gasoline 1.25 liter K-Series, while in other markets such as in Europe will be available 1.0-liter engine Boosterjet, which is claimed to deliver fuel maximum efficiency.
